📦 Shipping & Logistics
✅ Transparent Pricing (DDP)
No surprise fees at delivery. In most primary destinations, we ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.
This means official import duties and VAT are covered by us and included in your checkout price.
Note: If a carrier requests payment, pay to prevent delays, keep the official receipt, and contact us within 3 days for prompt reimbursement.
(Storage fees or penalties due to recipient non-responsiveness are not covered.)
Where do you ship from?
We utilize a global fulfillment network. Most high-performance gear is dispatched from our operations center in Shenzhen or our regional hubs to ensure you receive the latest hardware versions.
Why is my order arriving in separate parcels?
Safety first! Due to strict aviation regulations regarding lithium batteries, drones and additional batteries are often shipped in separate, specialized parcels. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each.
How long will it take to reach me?
Typical transit times (after dispatch):
- United Kingdom / EU: 7–12 Business Days
- USA / Canada: 8–15 Business Days
- Asia / Pacific: 6–10 Business Days
- Rest of World: 10–20 Business Days
🛡️ Warranty & Flight Safety
🚨 Pilot Error vs. Manufacturing Defect
Our warranty covers verified manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage resulting from crashes, water exposure, or unauthorized modifications. For all claims, we utilize internal diagnostics to ensure a fair assessment for every pilot.
What is your 30-day return policy?
We offer a 30-day return request window from delivery. Eligibility is condition-based:
- Unopened & Sealed: Full refund after inspection.
- Opened but Unflown: Refund minus a 10–15% recertification fee (for calibration and data clearing).
- Flown / Activated: Classified as used gear; covered by warranty only if a defect is present.
Do I need a drone license to fly?
This depends on your country. In the UK (CAA) and EU (EASA), drones over 250g usually require registration. We recommend checking your local aviation authority guidance before your first takeoff.
