1. Quality Verification & Transaction Security
- Transaction Security: For your protection, we conduct rigorous Fraud Prevention Screening. This ensures the integrity of your payment and protects you against unauthorized transactions.
- Pre-Flight Inspection: High-performance models undergo a 24–48 hour final technical audit. We verify hardware and firmware batches to ensure your unit is factory-fresh and flight-ready.
- Intelligent Routing: Orders are fulfilled via our global logistics network, utilizing optimized paths to ensure speed and safety.
2. All-Inclusive DDP Terms
We operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for our primary destinations. We handle the paperwork, so you can focus on the sky.
- Verified Coverage: We cover 100% of official import duties and VAT. Please note that storage fees or penalties due to recipient non-responsiveness are not covered.
- Swift Reimbursement: In the rare event of a carrier tax request, pay the fee to avoid delays, keep your official receipt, and contact us within 3 days. We will reimburse you promptly.
3. Shipping Logistics & Tracking
- Processing: Please allow 1–3 business days for our pilot team to test, secure, and pack your gear.
- Reassured Tracking: Tracking IDs are sent upon dispatch. If you don't see movement within the first 24–48 hours, don't worry—the system is simply syncing as your parcel moves between secure hubs.
- Split Shipments: For safety compliance, drones and batteries may ship in separate parcels. You will receive unique tracking for each package.

5. Delivery Disputes & Support
- Delivery Verification: A shipment is considered delivered when carrier tracking shows "Delivered" (including photo proof or signature where available).
- Help Us Help You: If tracking shows "Delivered" but the item is missing, notify us within 7 days for a formal carrier investigation.
- Arrival Condition: Inspect your gear immediately. Report damage or missing components within 72 hours with photos of the box and label.
