Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. To give you total peace of mind, we offer a 30-day "no questions asked" return request window for all unopened and factory-sealed items. If your plans change, we are here to ensure a smooth and respectful process.
To ensure every pilot in our community receives a 100% factory-fresh and safety-certified aircraft, return eligibility is based on the condition of the equipment.

*About the Recertification Fee: A small fee (10-15%) applies only to opened-but-unused items. This ensures the aircraft meets all safety standards and is perfectly prepared for its next pilot.
2. Simplified Exchange Process
Looking for a different model? We make swapping gear easy:
- Start: Email us or use our Online Request Form with your Order Number.
- Verify: A quick photo of the sealed box or the item's condition is all we need.
- Exchange: Once your return is received at our hub, we will ship your new selection immediately.
3. Expert Defect Diagnostics
If you suspect a manufacturing fault, don't worry. Our Smart Diagnostics can analyze flight logs remotely, resolving 95% of issues without you needing to ship the drone back. Confirmed defects are eligible for priority replacement or a 100% refund, including all return shipping.
4. Starting Your RMA
To ensure your return is tracked and safe, please contact us to receive your unique RMA code. Our pilot support team typically responds within 1–2 business days.
