We are here to ensure you have the best possible flight experience. Here is the "too-long; didn't-read" version:
- Support-first: If your delivery looks off or a product isn't acting right, just email us. We prioritize your satisfaction.
- Speedy reporting helps: To help us resolve carrier issues, please let us know about shipping damage within 72h or if tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate the parcel within 7 days.
- Transparent Returns: We offer a 30-day return request window. Unopened gear is typically the easiest to approve for return. An RMA helps us route your request to the right team instantly.
- Your Rights: We fully respect all statutory rights. You’re always protected.

By choosing ProDrone, you’re joining a global community of aviation enthusiasts. These Terms are designed to keep our service smooth and transparent, ensuring you get the high-performance gear you need to elevate your flight.
2. Your Order & Experience
Our team reviews every order for accuracy and security. While we occasionally need to verify details for high-value gear or adjust for stock availability, our primary mission is to get your drone to your doorstep as fast as possible.
3. Smooth Delivery & Logistics
We want your gear to arrive safely. To help us ensure a perfect delivery, we follow these collaborative guidelines:
- Follow the flight: Tracking usually goes live within 24–72 hours after dispatch.
- Help us help you: If your parcel shows "Delivered" but isn't in your hands, tell us within 7 days. If it arrives damaged, a quick photo within 72 hours lets us handle the carrier claim for you.
- Import Ease: For unexpected import fees (DDP), simply pay to keep things moving and send us the receipt within 3 days for reimbursement.
4. Returns Made Simple
Returns are handled according to our Return/Refund Policy. We aim to be fair: if it's unopened, it's an easy return. If it's been flown, it's yours to keep (unless there's a manufacturing fault, in which case we’ve got your back!).
Quick tip: Please request an RMA first—don’t ship returns to the address on the shipping label, as our team will provide the correct return warehouse address.
5. Safe Flying & Expert Support
Drones are amazing tech, but they require responsible handling. You are the pilot in command, responsible for following local laws and pre-flight safety checks.
6. The "Small Print" (But Important)
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. We limit our liability to the maximum extent permitted by law, but we never limit your essential consumer protections. We’re here for a fair deal, every time.
